Privacy & how we curate
Who runs this website
Tiny Finds by Ñeka is operated by Ñeka Maldonado in Puerto Rico. It is an editorial collection of compact products and practical packing guides. Purchases take place with the linked retailers, rather than on this website. This notice describes the current website, updated October 14, 2026.
Contact and correspondence
For customer questions about our content or privacy questions, email tinyfindsbyneka@gmail.com. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include through our email provider. We use that correspondence to respond and follow up on your request, keeping it only as needed for that purpose or applicable obligations. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send payment details, passwords, or government identifiers. Retailers handle order, delivery, and return questions.
Information you provide
The current website has no newsletter signup, customer accounts, comments, contact forms, checkout, or payment collection. Our page code does not ask you to submit your name, email, address, or payment details. There is no visitor database in this website’s application. If these features change, we will update this notice.
Hosting and technical requests
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI and its service providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. We do not maintain a separate copy of visitor profiles or order records in this website. The hosting provider’s applicable terms and privacy information describe its processing, retention, and privacy controls. We do not promise a specific hosting-log retention period or processing country.
Fonts, images, and cookies
Our page code does not set cookies, save a visitor profile in local storage, or include an analytics tracker or advertising pixel. The bag video and many images are served with the website. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and some product images load from brand websites or their content-delivery providers. Loading these resources sends ordinary browser requests to those providers, which may receive IP address and browser information. Their policies govern their handling. Hosting services may also use their own necessary technologies. This is not a promise that every third-party service is cookie-free.
Retailers and affiliate links
Some Amazon links include our affiliate tracking ID. After you choose a retailer link, that retailer may use cookies or other technologies for its shopping services, advertising, or referral attribution, subject to its policies and your choices. We may receive affiliate reporting about qualifying referrals and commissions; this website does not receive your payment details. Other brand-store links currently do not earn us a commission. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to follow retailer links and use your browser’s cookie, privacy, and site-data controls. Blocking third-party resources may affect fonts or images. For data processed by the hosting provider, use the OpenAI Privacy Center and the privacy contacts in its policy. For retailer account or purchase data, contact that retailer. Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator; the relevant provider’s notices explain its request process.
For adults planning for children
The Little Ones collection is intended for parents, caregivers, and other adults choosing items. This website does not knowingly request personal information from children. Product age guidance, warnings, and supervision instructions must be checked with the manufacturer.
How we curate
Product selections are based on catalog information and practical comparisons. They are not hands-on reviews unless explicitly identified as such. We may use AI assistance for writing, translation, and decorative branding. The animated caramel handbag is a brand illustration, not an offer to sell that bag or a demonstration of a listed product. Check the retailer’s exact model, current price, size, compatibility, delivery, and returns before purchasing. Retailers handle payments, fulfillment, and returns. Brand photo credits identify sources; they do not imply sponsorship or ownership of brand artwork.
